Start on hands and knees, place head on ground, put hands on ground, arms are bent at an 90 degree angle. Come up off knees and walk feet towards arms, rest knees on elbows.

Shoulders are away from ears.
Body is toned.
Chest is open, not sinking into back.
Neck is straightened elongated.
Back is curving.
Neck is not straight.
Body is not toned.
Can be done on blanket for cushion.
Legs do not have to be on knees.
