These Vegan Garlic Pizza Rolls Will Make You Forget Frozen Snacks

Get your garlic fix with these vegan pizza rolls. Using only pizza dough, a little olive oil, and some spices, you can make a tasty vegan version of this classic appetizer. The ingredients are simple and easy to put together which leaves plenty of room for experimenting and making the recipe your own!  Try melting some vegan cheese on top of the rolls by adding it about half way through the baking time. I suggest enjoying them with a hearty vegan marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!

 

Vegan Garlic Pizza Rolls

makes between 6-12 rolls

 

 

 

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons olive oil                                                                                               
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • vegan pizza dough (see recipe)
  • 2 Tablespoons Italian-style seasoning (oregano, rosemary, sage & thyme)

 

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Prepare the pizza dough ahead of time and separate it into long sections.
  3. Press some of the minced garlic into each section of dough and add your seasonings on top of the garlic.
  4. Roll each section of dough into a spiral and press together at the ends. Repeat.
  5. Place each spiral onto a cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until dough becomes lightly browned.
