Ayurveda Basics - Introduction to Ayurveda with Dr. Swati

Ayurveda Introduction (1.5 hrs.) – The lecture would include the basic understanding of Ayurveda terminology, Dosha and the five elements of nature basic understanding. Dr Swati will begin by introducing what Ayurveda is and its concept of good health. We will move into learning about our constitution or dosha, and the characteristics associated with each constitution. We will address some of the imbalances of each dosha and how our health is impacted by these imbalances.
