Wellness Wednesday 115: Bound Revolved Crescent Lunge on the Knee
Deepens twist in back.
Stretches in hips.
Foundation & General Alignment:
Start in Warrior 2. Bring hands to heart center. Twist upper body and place elbow on inner knee.
Back is straight, not curved forward.
Shoulders are back and away from ears.
Neck is turned with body.
Tailbone is not sticking out.
Body is a straight line from head to extend foot.
Back is curved.
Back knee can be bent and resting on the floor.
