Wellness Wednesday Week 108: Reverse Corpse Pose


Helps align body.

Great for people with back pain.

Foundation & General Alignment:

Lying on your stomach gently raise arms above head.

Keep arms engaged.

Arms are not completely resting on ground.

Shoulders are pulled back.

Forehead is resting on ground.

Back is engaged.

Legs are also engaged.

Tops of feet are pressing into ground.

Common Problems:

Arms are not engaged. Lying flat on ground.

Shoulders are up by ears.


Hands can be up on blocks for added stretch.
