MAKING VEGAN CHEESE & YOGURT

Learn to create your own fermented, non-dairy yogurts and soft cheeses at home! This workshop explores every step you'll need to make your own non-dairy yogurt and fermented nut-milk cheeses from scratch! Make your own nut milk; wildcraft your own rejuvelac, (a fermentation starter culture made from sprouted grains); and experiment with healthful additions to boost your cheese's flavor profile. We will demonstrate the simple steps of fermenting yogurt and soft cheese and taste samples along way.
