Learn to create your own fermented, non-dairy yogurts and soft cheeses at home!
This workshop explores every step you'll need to make your own non-dairy yogurt and fermented nut-milk cheeses from scratch! Make your own nut milk; wildcraft your own rejuvelac, (a fermentation starter culture made from sprouted grains); and experiment with healthful additions to boost your cheese's flavor profile. We will demonstrate the simple steps of fermenting yogurt and soft cheese and taste samples along way. Students will take home a batch of rejuvelac to continue to ferment at home!
