Rama is my new favorite Hindu deity to love. If you read up on Rama online you will see that he is depicted as the ultimate embodiment of truth, virtue, chivalry, honor—the “perfect human” so to speak.

Mantra work has been some of the most powerful work I have done in my lifetime. The effect mantra has on the cells of the body and the DNA is so pronounced that I can literally feel the shifts in my being after I chant. The resonant tones of chanting change the physical body forever. It is inescapable and undeniable: Chanting simply transforms you!

The most popular story of Hanuman is that of Lord Rama (an incarnation of Vishnu) and his beloved wife, Sita—who was abducted by the demon king and rescued by Hanuman as an act of love and devotion.

In this moment I am wearing a bracelet made with Sugilite crystals and a few other supportive stones. The intention of this piece is to experience a “higher love”—and since placing it on my wrist I am noticing that my thoughts are definitely lifted up.
