It will be a very busy day on the Harvest Moon (Full Moon) of Friday, September 13—which you may notice is also Friday the 13th! 

In addition to the superstition associated with Friday the 13th, the planets will be forming a tense T-square in the sky (2 square angles or 3/4 of a grand cross) under this Full Moon. This portends the feeling of being at a crossroads. Or, if you don’t feel at a crossroads, you may feel you are missing a piece of information, so you cannot necessarily move forward or back. You may feel temporarily stuck.

A collection of 5 planets in the earth sign of Virgo will grace the skies at the Virgo New Moon on August 30. This rare collection of 5 planets in one sign—also squaring beneficial Jupiter while opposing spiritual Neptune—portends a collective quest for perfection with spiritual solace as the optimal solution. With manifestation-oriented Saturn and transformative Pluto also in the earth sign of Capricorn and innovative Uranus in the earth sign of Taurus at the New Moon as well, there will be a collective push for manifesting results and positive outcomes, too.

The Full Moon in Sagittarius—when the Sun is in Gemini and the Moon in Sagittarius—arrives on June 17, 2019. This day is also called the "Strawberry Moon” because June’s Full Moon is traditionally associated with the harvest of the strawberry crops.

The February 19 Full Moon—called the “Snow Moon” by Native American Indian tribes—will also be a SuperMoon because of its closer-than-normal proximity to Earth at the time the Moon reaches its full phase. The Moon reaches “perigee”—its closest point to Earth in its orbit— just hours before the Full Moon, making this the largest Full Moon SuperMoon of 2019! A SuperMoon phenomenon makes the Moon appear about 15% larger and up to 30% brighter than normal.
