Join for a once/month healthy cooking class featuring vegetarian options to celebrate "Meatless Monday". Cut out meat one day a week! Join Sarah Morales, RD Nutritionist, for a scrumptious meatless feast and learn more about the benefits of plant-based eating - for your health, the environment, and for your grocery budget! Some recipes vegan, some recipes gluten-free, some include dairy - all are promised to be delicious. Class will be held upstairs at the beautiful Wolverine Farm Letterpress and Publick House*.

Join Nicole D'Angelo, owner of The Yoga Collective and health and wellness blogger, for a beginner-friendly gentle yoga and meditation class followed by vegan appetizers and desserts and plant-based cooking tips. You'll learn new recipes and information about vegan cooking and baking. Relax, meet new people and enjoy delicious food before your holiday travels! Mats and yoga props are at the studio for you. BYOB. You may being your own wine. Cups will be provided for you. The menu will be vegan and gluten-free.
