Here’s a list of foods to put on your “Not for Fido” list and another for the open-door policy—whether that means leftovers, treats, or homemade dog food.

Scorpio New Moon: Harmony Arising From Conflict

A New Moon is a time to set our intentions for the upcoming month. By understanding the choices we make while the energies are playing out, we can ensure that our actions will provide the positive results we are looking for.

Scorpio has a reputation for being the “bad-ass” sign of the zodiac. It is represented by three symbols; Scorpion, Eagle, and Phoenix.

Dussehra & Diwali: The Ravana & The Rama Inside You

Hinduism: a religion so old, that most modern-day Hindus themselves find it to be mysterious and enervating to study. It boasts of sciences as advanced as the chanting of the Aum or Om said to kill microbes, and yet it’s reduced to a mere symbolism of temples sometimes. Essential Oil Essentials: Making Natural Perfume Simply

When I first studied aromatherapy and learned that perfumery was part of the course I thought “Well, that part’s going to be boring.”  Perfumery is now my favorite part of aromatherapy. Natural perfumes are fun to make and the more developed your nose gets from blending, the more nuanced your perfumes will be.
