This hands-on workshop will provide you with all the tools you will need to plan for a productive year in the garden. Arrive early to enjoy a pint at the School Gardener Happy Hour! Many districts allow Gateway Greening workshops to count as continuing education credit. If you are a teacher, check with your school district to see if Gateway Greening workshops are approved for CE credit.

This is an online interactive course. You can take this course from any place that has an internet connection, and you do not need to be present in person! Registration will remain open until April 14th, but this is a 10-week course, and the final class session will be June 24, 2019. ================= This is the first of (2) 10-week online interactive sessions that go into depth on how to build a natural greenhouse operation, from seed to CSA. Session one will equip you with growing setups and techniques. Go from small scale front porch container gardening to greenhouse operations.

Dive into the world of succulents! Learn about cultivating succulents and then create your own tiny succulent garden with succulents and decorations to take home. All ages welcome. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Materials will be provided, but you must bring your own small container such as a small dish, cup, or bowl. Space is limited. Kids ages 5 - 10 can participate in his month's Kids Garden Club Activity: Feed the Birds! Create a bird feeder and birdhouse. Monthly activities are $8.00 per child.
