Kristen Moore

Kristen Moore lives in the greater Seattle area but was born and raised in Louisville, KY. After years of headaches, stomach issues, and extreme energy fluctuations, she turned to her local natural foods store and started exploring herbs and experimenting with the connection between what she ate and how she felt. Realizing she was on the right track to feeling healthier, she eventually worked for that same natural foods store and also several others while learning as much as she could about natural foods and products, alternative medicines, energy healing and more. After college she moved to the greater Seattle area where she was lucky enough to intern with two herbalists and attend a year long program to earn her certificate as an herbalist. She also attended graduate school at the University of Washington, earning her MA in TESOL. She lives in Redmond, WA with her husband, two sons, and one high-maintenance dog.
