Sonic Yoga

In 2001 we began our journey in the heart of New York City’s bustling Hell’s Kitchen district. Since then we’ve blossomed into a mecca for creative souls and others looking for a friendly place to practice yoga. Our 2 large sunny studios house a daily flow of Vinyasa Yoga classes, exciting workshops and teacher training programs. For your comfort, we also have a large changing area with 3 large bathrooms and a shower! We’ve welcomed more than 30,000 students into our family and trained almost 1,000 teachers. With a warm and comfortable space, students love to just hang out and chill. Our soulful staff of Karma yogis are there to welcome you and take care of your every need –  from check in, to towels, to our beautiful retail by our eco-friendly water cooler and tea station, to our yoga library.
