Many plants we consider to be a weed today have nourished and contributed to the survival of our ancestors for millennia through foraging and consumption. Come join us as we deconstruct and learn how to work with and use edible wild weeds. Judith Yisrael will lead us through an herb walk where you will learn how to identify common weeds, safe foraging tips, and go home with a recipe to make your own tincture with cleavers!
