Pinay Healing Circle

Pinays, Filipinas and Pilipino Sisters! Let’s gather in community to support and uplift each other in our shared sisterhood. Join us in sacred healing circle where we will acknowledge our ancestral lineage and any personal wounds we have inherited or experienced. We will also connect to our infinite and precious capacities for healing and personal commitment. We will begin the healing circle with sharing words. Through our presence and voices, we will create and hold space to be seen and heard. Following this, we will move into comfortable positions on yoga mats and receive acupuncture with guided meditation. The principles of the acupuncture point selection will be to support focus, foster creativity, and nourish self-love and spiritual grounding. The intention of our circle is to create a container for our energetic strengths to flow freely in the context of a deeply safe collective environment. In this sacred space we can heal, process and shift in impactful ways.
