Yoga Body, Meditation Mind: Exploring Conscious Embodiment
with Rachel Hines & David Sudar
Our bodies are both a storehouse of wisdom and a gateway to experiencing the fullness of life. This experiential workshop will alternate between yoga practice and guided mindfulness meditations, and will teach you ways to be compassionately embodied. More specifically, it will explore:
Working through disliking the way our body looks or feels
Making friends with physical & emotional discomfort
The visceral connection between mind, body, emotion and spirit
Self-love beyond self-care
We would love for you to join is in this nourishing and centering afternoon of practice!
