In this space, we gain clarity, find meaning, and experience healing. Gentle and restorative yoga is accompanied by healing Reiki energy. Reiki Drumming provides a relaxing and mindful journey to deepen our experience and insight and then completes our exploration as the drum vibration supports integration and grounding into the body. FACILITATORS Tracy L. Cash, LCSW, Reiki Master Teacher (Usui, Karuna, Drumming) Tracy walks with purpose, dedicated to a meaningful life. Her strong foundation of wellness practices includes 23 years of social work, 14 years of Jungian group work, 15 years of Usui Reiki, 5 years of Karuna® Reiki, Reiki Drumming, Reiki Sonics, spiritual practice and time in nature hiking/biking/climbing. She also holds an Advanced Certificate in Personal Fitness Training and the STOTT Pilates Instructor Level I certification. Tracy is passionate about teaching and mentoring which makes her classes and workshops empowering, educational, and transformative. Kelly Skalsky, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner Kelly loves sharing yoga with anybody wanting to explore their practice. When she started practicing yoga in college she had trouble managing stress and anxiety. As she continued taking classes she developed a deeper connection to herself and found that space to reduce stress in her life. When teaching she hopes for her students to find balance mentally, physically, and spiritually by providing them with a practice that they can embody in their daily lives off the mat. In 2016, she became a 200-RYT from Timeless Yoga Studio in South Ogden.
