(Meeting weekends January 12th - March 23.)
The 200 Teacher Training includes the second 100 Hours and prepares students to become teachers with additional anatomy workshops, introduction to Ayurveda, discovery of the subtle body through Pranayama and the Chakras, and work with additional poses. Special focus will be given to Language and Cueing, Mirroring and Assisting, use of Props, and the Ethics and Business of Yoga. Additionally, students will receive one-on-one mentoring during the teacher prep time to give you the polish and confidence you need to share your knowledge with others in the seat of the teacher.
