About this Event
Mind-body techniques can help address and reduce the physical and mental stressors that often accompany pain. This workshop will guide you through safe, restorative yoga practices focusing on deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Gentle and supportive poses are tailored to each individual's ability and may be done sitting, standing or lying down. These poses, along with relaxation techniques, will bring together focused breathing and meditation to support your mind and body. This program is part of the HSS Pain and Stress Management Series.
This class will be offered on Monday, February 25 and Monday, April 29 from 2:00 to 3:30 pm. Please select only one date when registering.
