Taking The Perfect Plant Proteins: What are they and how to prepare them in modern and holiday recipes   Award-winning chef Ron Pickarski, founder of Eco-Cuisine, will lead this is two hour, hands-on cooking class. Participants will be guided through cooking two recipes: a protein and complimentary sauce. Learn to prepare proteins such as legumes, beans, wheat, and meat alternatives in diverse ways for a variety of seasonal recipes, a taste of the many recipes in Chef Pickarski's latest cookbook.   All cooking experience levels welcome!
