Goat Yoga

Join us at John A. Ferguson for some morning yoga.... with BABY GOATS! The Falcon Awesome Goat Herd at Ferguson High School is partnering with Red Cheetah Yoga to host an amazing yoga class on January 12, 2019. What better way to start your weekend than by practicing yoga in the presence of our furry friends!   Studies have shown that interaction with animals helps lower blood pressure and increases the release of hormones that play a part in elevating moods, such oxytocin and dopamine levels.   We're excited to be hosting such a fun event, and then after you can enjoy a "goat happy hour" - feel free to take as many goat selfies as you'd like!   Sign up and reserve your spot now! Everyone is welcome!   What to bring: yoga mat, water, towel, and a friend! Please arrive at 8:30 AM for check in and set up. Class will begin promptly at 9:00 AM.
