Yoga for a Cause

Join Emerald City Spinal Care this cold and gray season in warming the body and soul for this monthly community yoga classes. Classes will be donation based (pay what you’d like) with 100% of the proceeds going to a different local community charity each month. In December, we will be supporting Entre Hermanos. Entre Hermanos came into being by the initiative of a group of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender Latinos/as that saw the need for social, educational, and health support services in their community in the spring of 1991. They work to promote the health and well-being of the Latino Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and questioning community in a culturally appropriate environment through disease prevention, education, support services, advocacy and community building.
