Because we live in a society that focuses more on gaining success than inner peace, self.ISH Co. was created to encourage women to make a shift and put self love first. Self love is NOT selfish. It is being Intentional, Spiritual, and Happy - self.ISH. You cannot truly love another until you take your time and know how to love yourself. We have created a space for just that. The exercise of creating a Vision Board allows you to organize your thoughts, clarify your goals and the outcome you believe will make your life more fulfilling. By creating a vision board, you set the intention for the goals you want to achieve. Your self.ISH hosts, Sumayya & Jasmine, have over 12+ years combined experience in career direction, business strategy, and personal branding. Think of the goal planning portion as a chance for you to get expert industry advice while planning a course of action for 2018. In this workshop you will receive expert advice on how to design your life intentionally while focusing on self-love and happiness while learning how to create a sacred space that displays your dreams, goals and desires. You'll also learn visualization techniques and how to set daily intentions that will move the law of attraction into action. Key discussion areas will include: Life (personal - YOU!), Work (professional/career), Play (creativity/fun), Spiritual, Health/Wellness, Relationships, & Finances. Ticket Details: Vision: A Vision Board is a visualization tool which refers to a board of any sort used to build a collage of words and images that represent and best describe your dreams, goals, and desires. Your "Self.ISH" hosts will provide magazines, glue/tape, pens/markers, decorative details, pre-cut "vision inspo" to help get you inspired and let the power of manifesation work for you. Goal Planning: What is a vision without a plan? If you have already completed your vision board, the next step is adding action steps and strategy to your vision. You will receive a physical copy of our Goal Planning Kit E-book to work out of and begin planning.
