Ongoing support is will be offered during our monthly Heart-based Community meditation gatherings About Kathy Katts Kathy graduated from New York University with a BA in Organizational Behavior specializing her studies in Emotional Intelligence. She went on to immerse herself in the practice of consciousness and human behavior. Over the last 20 years she has had the privilege of studying with master teachers from a variety of disciplines. It was a great blessing and pleasure for her to study with Dr. Paul Dugliss at New World Ayurveda and graduate as a certified Ayurvedic Practioner, Spiritual Counselor and Energetic Master with over 2000 hours of training.  Kathy is also a certified Heart-based Meditation Instructor, Life & Wellness Coach and Reiki Master Teacher. skills also include a certification with Yoga Alliance for a 200 Hour Yoga teacher training at the Yoga Shala CT.  She holds memberships at NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association) and the Association of Ayurvedic Professionals (AAPNA). It is her passion and privilege to offer the authentic ancient healing practices of Ayurveda, Meditation, Yoga and Reiki with individuals of all ages.  With a background of 25 years experience in the financial industry, She discovered that Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation and Energy Healing are essential for stress management and optimal health.  With over 10,000 hours of study in the fields of consciousness and human behavior she has been able to realize and apply these teachings successfully within her own life. By discovering her truth, she realizes all things are possible.
