Bust out your sweetest pair of cross trainers and leash up your best pal. We’re celebrating the end of our 2018 season with a lap around the lagoon. Check-in is at 12pm on Sunday, November 11th. Make sure you arrive early to get your wristband. Save some time and sign your waiver in advance at www.nlandwaiver.com. Race will start at approximately 12:30pm. Sporting, non-sporting, and predominantly couch-surfing breeds all welcome. And guess what? Every dog is a winner. It’s how pawrents are raising their pups these days, and we’re on board with it. Each pooch who participates gets a treat (with permission), and humans get a very enthusiastic high five. Shore passes are free for all runners, and the first to finish the lap around the lagoon wins a brand new YETI dog bowl. Runners can also enjoy get two for one Bay Waves at 10am and 1pm with free wetsuit rentals. Bring a pal to surf with you and another pal to chill with your doggo while you surf. After the fun and games, head to NLand Brewing Company for a $3 beer. Yes, it is our last day of the season, and all beer all day is $3. PSA for the 21 and over set: Surf first, drink responsibly! Drinking is not allowed before surfing, but a beer before the dog run won’t disqualify you. We ask always that you drink responsibly. Let’s celebrate a great year.
