Atma is Sanskrit for True Self or Essence. Atma Meditation may help reduce stress and high blood pressure, promote emotional wellness, enhance self-awareness, lengthen attention span, and bring about spiritual transformation. It combines Eastern and Western elements, using pranayama, or the vital breath, therapeutic imagery, and silent contemplative meditation to help beginners and experienced meditators stay focused and move more deeply into their meditation practice. Over time, with daily practice, you will begin to awaken to your Atma, your True Self.
