Mountain Mojo Retreat

Imagine waking up deep in the Rocky Mountains surrounded by golden Aspen trees in peak color, taking a morning soak in all natural hot springs right outside your cabin door, followed by yoga with 7 other awesome people in a charming historic barn, a nutritious breakfast made by a vegan chef, and nothing else to do the rest of the day but choose your mountain adventure! Now imagine 4 straight days of this bliss. One Tribe Yoga’s Carrie Luna Collins has been coming to the Rocky Mountains for years and knows their magic well. She has come to learn that the grounding energy of the mountains, paired with the pure, high altitude air & the pristine mineral rich waters of natural hot springs is the perfect recipe for what she has come to call “MOUNTAIN MOJO” - (mountain magic). Those who know Carrie have likely witnessed the transformational and healing powers even a short a trip to the mountains can offer...It has been her dream to share these mountain gifts with her “Tribe” & is making this vision a reality! This fall, 7 lucky humans will get to enjoy 4 blissful days deep in the mountains right at the peak of autumn colors. We will practice daily yoga, soak, meditate, hike, eat delicious food & have plenty of time to choose our own adventures, or do nothing at all! Included in your Mountain Mojo Retreat: *Transportation to and from Denver Airport (if needed) *Accomodations (We have a beautiful cabin reserved right at the hot springs- if you might travel with a friend, or family member & are willing to share a bed, please let Carrie know)...We will be 7 in ONE cabin with shared spaces - *if you’d like your own private cabin- it MAY be possible to book it separately & join us for yoga and activities. *Full access to on-site hot spring pools day and night. *Daily morning yoga & evening guided meditation lead by One Tribe's Carrie Collins...Carrie's unique "Primal Fusion Flow" yoga is a raw, heart opening, grounding and energizing fusion of future ancient techniques. Pranayama, sound and powerful sacred postures deepen roots, activate kundalini, awaken dormant energies and draw us into a primal state of connection to our soul. *Light vegan breakfast & vegan dinner - Please inform us of any allergies, or dietary restrictions upon registering. *One (optional) field trip to nearby Carbondale for sightseeing, shopping, dining and fun! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Not included: *Transportation to Colorado. Flights from Detroit to Denver are super reasonable when booked ahead. If you plan to drive, it’s about 24 hours from Mi to Avalanche Ranch...totally doable and fun! (Please let us know if you plan to drive rather than fly). *Extracurricular activities such as guided hikes, trips to dispensaries, mountain biking, massage, or other spa services are not included in the cost but can easily be arranged with advanced request.       FAQs   Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Please bring your ID & a COPY of your ID. Age requirement for this retreat is 21 & over.   What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Enjoy roadtrips? Make a couple playlists, pack up the car, grab a friend! It's about 24 hours from Michigan (straight & easy and once you hit Colorado- stunning scenery!) Prefer to fly? No problem! Flights from Detroit to Denver are super affordable when purchased in advance. We will arrange for transport from airport to retreat site!   What should I bring into the event? Comfy clothes for yoga and lounging, a bathing suit & towel for soaking, outdoor clothes and shoes for hiking (bring layers and a hat- it might be chilly), sunglasses and SPF (we are close to the sun!), a yoga mat if you have one you love (there will be some available if you prefer not to pack one), a journal & pen, earplugs if you are a light sleeper (cabin sharing with 7 people), toiletrees & medications, an emergency contact list & copy of your ID. You won't really need money during the retreat, but there is a gift shop on site and there will be an option to take one excursion to nearby Carbondale which is a hip little town with some shopping & dining!   How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
