Ayurveda and Yoga Workshop

Join us Sunday September 16th for a workshop on the science of Ayurveda. Ayurveda is a sister science of yoga that views health based upon how the elements are binded into the tapestry of our being. We will be exploring the science of Ayurveda, learning to assess in the context of yoga and tailoring sequences that pacify the doshas while bringing the mind, body and spirit into harmonic balance. This workshop is great for those interested in learning more about Ayurveda, those wanting to learn to tailor Ayurvedic Yoga Classes and for those who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their well being.
