Vegan Cheese Making with Shea Cope

Whether you're thinking about transitioning to a vegan diet or just have issues with dairy, this class may be for you. We will briefly discuss the properties of dairy cheese and how they can be recreated in vegan cheese, and then I teach you how to make 2-3 kinds of vegan cheese (depending on time) that you can easily make again at home! And of course, we will be sampling the cheese we make! vegan and wheat-free ** All of our classes are demonstration style lead by the instructor listed above. You will go home with original recipes and eat samples of each dish prepared in class by the instructor.
