Indi has made it her life's passion to spread healing through body-awareness practices. She began practicing yoga at a young age with her dad, who deserves absolute credit for the introduction. With yoga as her foundational background in movement healing, it wasn't until she was 18 that she discovered her love for dance, and boy did she fall hard! Dance opened doors of fulfillment she had not known existed, and it has been through the discovery of this passion that the path of holistic healing has become of utmost importance to her life. She is what she refers to as a "life student" in Ayurveda, Yoga, dance and movement healing as there will always be more to learn on this journey.
