What is the greatest challenge you have overcome/are overcoming?

Choosing Healing! Life is a space where I believe we choose our paths in our story and our space. When we are not cared for in the way that is needed, we can sometimes become comfortable with pain and chaos and lacking...all which place us in a state of fight or flight. When we commit to love and compassion over self, the frictions melt away and we are able to begin to appreciate our experiences in a new way. Healing allows us to understand that our "pains and struggles" are not meant to break us down but they are meant to build us up and bring us together in our most perfectly imperfect unique space. The start and stop of this is the choice to unlearn and release what we no longer need so that we allow all the magic meant for our lives to come into the sacred space. All of this is created through the choice of healing.

Letting go has been my challenge - but in doing so, I have allowed myself the space to heal and step into my peacefully empowered, loving caring energy for myself and others. The enlightenment I have experienced through healing has made me realize that my true lasting happiness does not come from material things, and the righteousness in that understanding shifted my karma and released me from past obligations so that I am now able to cut through deceptions and delay by focusing on the lessons I have...and doing my best to learn the lesson the first go versus become cyclical in bad habits.

What is unique to you about your work?

My work is in constant evolution. Healing is dynamic so my work must match the energetic pulls that are in play. I personally feel connected with moon energy, and whether people believe they do as well...we all work with the moon as were made up of over 50% water! So I allow and listen and flow with my clients and my work...past present and future.

How do you guide clients into their own healing/inner freedom?

I prefer to empower my clients. I am not here to tell you your future. I am here to support your healing, and in turn, support your choices as you heal. Together we connect to the messages at present around experiences, and we formulate resolution and confirm what paths can support their hopes and dreams.

What tools have you found least/most effective in your work?

Least: Anyone that knows or claims to know too much. Healing is not about what you know. I believe healing is about knowing that we don' really know anything. So keep all of your senses perked up and in balance so your heart can lead you to the path of least resistance!

Most: Surrender to your heart; listen to the signs and messages around you! Allow change...it's inevitable! Create change (inspired actions), it's supportive for your healing! Know that everything is connected and how we treat others is how we treat ourselves and vice versa; We are all one, so be Consciously Connected to that fact.
