Essential Thai Restorative

During this class, we will move through a variety of Restorative Yoga Poses. During the poses, the instructor will move through the class, introducing and providing an Essential Oil for each participant in every pose. The instructor will also provide hands on Thai Style Touch to each person in every pose.  This is aa Restorative Situation that you don’t want to miss! What’s not to like: you are doing Restorative Yoga, you’re reaping the benefits of Essential Oils and you receive mini massages during it all. BLISS.
