Ayurvedic Natural Science Pickled Vegetable Achar Relish, 8oz

A vegan, preservative-free, naturally fermented potato, cauliflower and cabbage mixed with Ayurvedic spices and chili that are good for your digestion and brain health. Our product is small-batch and made in Oakland, CA.

As a neurobiologist turned lifestyle expert, I believe the closer we stay in tune with natural processes, the more sustainable and connected our lives and health will be. Fermentation is a 4000 years old process started in Asia to preserve food. Fermentation relies on bacteria to break down natural sugars in the vegetables, which produces a variety of healthy substances. Achar is the Indian word for pickling with the addition of healing aromatic spices and oils. My formulation has Ayurvedic spices such as Turmeric which contains scientifically-proven to contain a myriad of wellness properties from antibiotic to mental wellness and integrity.
