Nicole Bowers

Nicole is a writer from Northern California. Before moving to a rural area near Sacramento, at a young age she lived in a much more urban area of the East Bay. She graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in Journalism, an emphasis in Media Studies, and a minor in Political Science. Upon graduation, she moved back home to the greater Sacramento area because she missed the range of beautiful landscapes that Northern California has to offer. Another perk of moving home was being able to fulfill her passion of growing her own fruits and vegetables with ease. As a vegan who is also gluten-free, she embraces the environment and a healthy, organic lifestyle.
